The project is located in Qingdao, China. It started construction in 2021 and was completed in 2023, with a total construction area of 212000 square meters. It consists of two 201.8-meter-high towers and podiums, with 2 underground floors and 42 above ground floors. A total of approximately 8644 sets of various lighting fixtures are installed. TI Building is a five-star hotel that houses both MGM and Diaoyutai, while T2 Building serves as an intelligent office space. In terms of architectural design, the Twin Towers embody the concept of a Chinese tower. The lighting design incorporates the symbolism of a 'treasure box', utilizing sleek lines to seamlessly blend the Chinese-style elegance of Diaoyutai with the Western simplicity of MGM, resulting in a 'Chinese tower' that appears as multiple stacked treasure boxes. Simultaneously, the building's bamboo-inspired design accentuates a more upright and aspirational visual appeal.
