This project is an exterior wall renovation project for the Phase II expansion of PepsiCo Foods (China) Co., Ltd., located in the Songjiang Industrial Zone, Shanghai.
The Pepsi Songjiang landscape improvement project uses more than 4,000 sets of customized LED luminaires from Guanglian. All fixtures are installed in a concealed manner within a custom-perforated aluminum panel structure on the curtain wall, illuminating the wall and creating an indirect lighting effect via backlighting. Control of the beam angle creates a relatively fine pixel effect on the facade. Combined with the building's grand and simple design, this transforms Pepsi Songjiang into a stunning landmark along the G60 corridor.
This project won the Bronze Award for Outdoor Engineering Design at the 2021 Magnolia Lighting Awards.
